We make it and ship it

How long will my parts take?
Industry leading dispatch. Each process has its own production time frame. A dispatch date will be on your order confirmation.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order. Every job carries set up costs whether you make one part or thousands, so the more parts in a run the less each one costs.
What files do you accept?
DXF and DWG are ideal. STEP for 3D parts, which we unfold for you. A clean vector PDF also works.
I do not have a CAD file. Can you still help?
Yes. Start from a simple shape in the quoter, or download Autodesk Fusion 360, free for personal use, and draw it yourself.
Can I combine processes on one order?
Yes. Simply add as many secondary processes as needed.
What tolerances should I expect?
Tolerances change with material and thickness. The full table is on our finish, tolerances and design rules page.
Where do you ship?
Australia wide. Freight is calculated by zone and shown on your quote before you pay, in the one transaction.
Can I pick my parts up?
No. All orders are freighted.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, including Apple Pay. For larger orders, contact us and we will price it directly.
Where are the parts made?
On our own machines here in Australia. Cut, folded, tapped and packed in house. Nothing is sent offshore.
