What bend tolerance should I expect?
Bend angle tolerance is on our finish, tolerances and design rules page, along with radius and flange rules.
Do you need a flat pattern or a 3D file?
Either. Send a STEP file and we unfold it. Send a flat DXF with your bend lines marked and we work to that.
Why is there a mark on my bend?
With the use of PVC film marking can be greatly reduced. Press brake tooling leaves a witness mark on the outside of every bend. This is inherent to the process and is not a defect. We do not offer cosmetic finishes.
What materials can you bend?
Any material we cut, we can bend.
