What tolerances should I expect?
Tolerances change with material and thickness. The full table is on our finish, tolerances and design rules page.
Will the edge be clean?
Cut edges can have micro burr or a pierce mark where the cut started on smaller cutouts. Normal for the process, not a fault. Add edge rounding if you need it smooth.
Which cutting method will my part use?
We select the machine that suits the material, thickness and quantity. You do not need to specify it.
